Reborn. But, Why a Blog?

The Conscious Wellness Club is back—but it was never really gone. It was just taking its time to evolve into something even more meaningful.

In 2021, during a period of reflection, our founder, Sophie Annaston, conceptualized a journal as an intentional tool designed to fill a gap in daily routines—one that combined day planning with the interconnected dimensions of wellness through prompts and activities. Within months, the journal was created, and by the end of that same year, the concept was crowdfunded by eighty-nine individuals who believed in our vision (& we are so grateful!).

For the next year, the TCWC journal was everywhere—on TikTok, Pinterest—and it was surreal. Every small business owner’s dream. But as time passed, and as Sophie stepped away from TikTok, the momentum slowed.

We knew there would be a “next,” but didn’t know what it would look like.

The Conscious Wellness Club has always felt like so much more than just a brand. It represents a lifestyle. At its core, ‘conscious wellness’ isn’t about quick fixes or fleeting trends. It’s about tuning in to ourselves with awareness and intention—nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits in a way that honors our whole being. It’s about making choices aligned with our values that foster lasting well-being.

The idea of a blog kept resurfacing. Not just any blog, but one that was intentional—designed to foster community and collaboration. While there’s no "final form" yet, the Conscious Wellness Club blog has been born, and we’re so happy to have you here.

When the Conscious Wellness Club Journal was created, it came from a place of deep awareness—a desire to support and guide others on their unique wellness journeys. It was never about forcing change, but about inviting gentle, mindful shifts that grow naturally from within. Now, we’re returning to that essence: creating a community and resource that celebrates wellness as a lifelong, conscious practice.
